Shipping

Each additional address $5.98 *Rates are for addresses within the Continental United States. Expedited delivery and Next Business Day Air is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, The Virgin Islands. Saipan, APOs, FPOs and to P.O. boxes. Drop-Ship and ship-alone items and expedited orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box. Out-of-Stock items cannot be sent by expedited delivery or next business day air. Framed images cannot be shipped any other service but Regular Delivery nor outside the USA. Please note on WEEKENDS, Express Orders do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will automatically be charged on the merchandise and shipping and handling charges in the state of California at 8.25% only.

An Additional $10.00 will be charged to a customer for any and all rerouted UPS shipments including PO Box numbers and addresses. Please ensure all billing and shipping information is entered properly at the time of the order.

International Orders

Shipping charges for Canada and Mexico

All other Countries:
Your order will be shipped by Airmail.
The shipping charge is calculated as a percent of your order total.
For destinations in Europe 60% will be added to your order total
For other destinations excluding Canada, Mexico, and European Countries - 65% will be added to your order total

Of course, if your order total is greater than $150 (prior to the shipping calculation) then you qualify for free shipping.

All overseas shipments are at the sole risk of the customer.
(1) AIR via USPS or UPS or Fed/Ex. Allow 10 -20 business days for arrival depending on the destination country. The United States Postal Service will delivery your order to the post office of the address country. At that point, it is out of their hands. Delays can be caused by customs procedures and incorrect shipping addresses. Such shipments cannot be insured and we will make such shipments only at the sole risk of the customer. Please include a phone number and an email address to ensure proper customer service and prompt delivery.

Spaceshots is not responsible for parcels which are lost in the mail that do not have tracking. We highly recommend that you select a shipping method which offers tracking or delivery confirmation. We have listed all options but only confirm those with tracking or delivery confirmation features.

Spaceshots is not responsible for import fees, taxes or VAT expenses. These are solely the responsibility of the buyer. If you are concerned about import fees or taxes please contact your local post office to find out what these costs may be.

Although rare, international orders may experience customs delays. There is no way for us to determine if there will be a customs delay or how it will affect delivery. In most situations if an item is held in customs you will be notified by your local postal carrier.
Orders received before 10AM Monday through Friday generally ship the same day. Orders received after 10AM are generally shipped the next day. Delays can be caused by items being temporarily out-of-stock. We will notify you of any delay exceeding 2 weeks. Please be sure to include a phone number and an email address to ensure proper customer service and prompt delivery

Back Orders

If an item is on back order you will be notified via E-mail or Phone right away. Once the item is back in stock it will still be shipped using the shipping method you selected unless you notify us differently.

We offer several methods of shipping which can be selected in our shopping cart or asked for during phone orders. The times listed below are provided by the shipping companies and are only approximates. Times listed only include business days, not weekends or holidays.

Overnight service is also available but only for phone orders. If you would like to confirm stock or need an item sooner please call us at 1-800-272-2779.

Tracking your Shipment

When your order ships, we send you a Shipping Confirmation email. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking or Airway Bill, then tracking service is not available for your package).
